What was previously Noodle Kingdom Box Hill is now Ramen Kingdom, although the Chinese name is still 家家乐. They still make noodles by hand, but they tend to parboil them to avoid the rush, which means that the noodles sometimes gets soggy instead of being elastic and chewy. Their dishes also seem to have gone downhill.
