I wonder if this Claypot King is related to the Claypot King on Swanston Street in Melbourne? The signage looks similar, but the Chinese names differ. Both serve rice in a hot claypot and double-boiled Chinese herbal soups. The difference is that Claypot King Glen Waverley also has a small selection of Malaysian favourites like Fish Head Curry on weekends!

 

Overall, although nothing fantastic, the food was quite good and definitely worthy of a second visit. Beware clueless staff though, but forgiveable since it is a fairly new addition to the dining scene in Glen Waverley.
