Nice 酥皮 flaky pastry that is light but not greasy. Probably doesn't use pork lard :P
i think i prefer Dragon Boat's flaky pasty, or Maxim's rich buttery shortcrust. The filling isn't bad though.
At AUD1.20, it's quite a bargain!
