Flounder with garlic, preserved lemon, leek marinade
To try out our new kitchen gadget, the Amazing Chef food processor, Julia decided to make a simple marinade of garlic, preserved lemon peel and leek for our grilled flounder dinner.
The results was a slightly chunky marinade, probably because there wasn't enough to fill the blades, confirming my theory that good blenders have conical bottoms to cause the contents to collect close to the blade.
The marinade itself tasted amazing! We usually use ginger instead of leek, but since I had some of that on hand, it went into the mix! The leeks really pep the fish up compared to ginger.
