When I first walked into the shop on Easter Monday, I was a little hesitant. An Asian couple, and a Caucasian mother and her son were the only diners. Would this be another one of those pretentious chocolate dessert shops that were all show and no substance? Thankfully no. The chocolate was heavenly, if a little rich. :)

 

I noticed the name Arno Backes from www.ganache.com.au/, and thought it sounded familiar. Sure enough, he was Koko Black's German-trained chocolatier, Arno Backes! No wonder the desserts at Ganache were good! :)
