We seem to have explored all the breakfast options in Fitzroy, so we ventured a bit further North! :)

 

We've seen bread from Dench Bakers being sold in delicatessens around town, and always thought that they bread looked good, if a little pricey. So when we noticed that there was a bakery cafe in Fitzroy North, we went!

 

As expected the food was good and the variety of breads and other pastries was moutwatering!

 

We both wanted to try the Scrambled Eggs with Persian Fetta, and we also got a Panetone Bread and Butter Pudding, knowing full well that it would be more than enough for two of us!

 

As expected, the scrambled eggs were creamy and smooth with a sharp and perky Persian Fetta livening things up. Adding to it was a garlicky artichoke and mint pesto. The nuttiness from the hazelnut dukkah completed the Middle-Eastern twist.

 

Once we finished that, we tried to tackle the bread and butter pudding, and it was good too! Just as well that we asked for yoghurt instead of marscapone cheese or it would have been too rich.
