Action movie-stars in the making - Federation Square Connex BBQ
We were too busy enjoying the Restaurant Express lunch at Bistro Vue to bother with the BBQ, but we did manage to catch some sun, and photos, just before the astro turf was rolled up and packed up. It's nice having a camera with a 6x optical zoom, even if it is borrowed.
I was a bit surprised to see people around the square with laptops, so Julia whipped her Dopod D810 out, and sure enough, free wireless, and quite snappy too. We gave it a bit of a run on www.bom.gov.au/ and theage.com.au/, not willing to trust it with our webmail :)
