This Taiwanese tea shop chain always provides some entertainment seeing what tasty delights they can hide their tea in. Items like Stir-fried Prawns in Dragon Well Tea sauce or Crumbed Pork Chops with Green Tea Powder sound like something out on an Iron Chef menu!
Today, we tried some steamed pork dumplings with green tea inside, allegedly. We couldn't see or taste any. :)
We also had a five-spice beef wrap which was a bit like a peking duck roll, but with beef.
The deep fried tofu was crisp, but the insides weren't as silky soft as they should be.
