I spotted the jugs of raspberry coulis and creme Anglaise on the side, perfect for the pavlova and warm apple crumble!

Mei took us to the RACV Club Conservatory for a buffet. Members and guests only. For AUD11.50 you get soup, salads, carvery and hot food, desserts and tea or coffee. A lighter option is AUD9.50 for just the salads, carvery and hot food.

 

Amazing value! And we all agree that the food has improved since the Henty Room.
