Yum! I've never had this at Niko Niko before, but after seeing afterworkgamers intestines photo, I just felt like some too :P
This was pretty good, with 鱼蛋 fish balls, 豆腐 tofu, 鱿鱼 squid, 鱿鱼干 dried squid, 牛腩 beef brisket， 萝卜 daikon radish, 猪皮 pork skin and 猪场 intestine. The soup was nice too with a bit of curry hit quite typical of 车仔面 booth noodles in HK. And typical of HK food, quite salty!
