We thought this was like the TGIF loaded potato skins with sour cream and bacon, but it turned out to be very crisy slices of potato, possibly dehydrated, and deep fried to a golden crunchiness. I love the paprika and cumin flavourings too!

One of our favourite vegetarian restaurants and a great place to have a nibble and/or drinks with magnificent views of the bay.

 

We wanted to share a medium, but we forgot that each person has to order something to eat, so we went for the potato skins on a impluse. We should have gone for a dessert instead... we always miss out on their desserts because of the huge serves.
