Lebanese Sausages with Couscous and Spinach and Potato Soup.

 

I got the Lebanese sausages from a halal butcher in Sydney Road, Brunswick. They were quite lean and very tasty! I think they were a mixture of lamb and beef.

 

I made a simple youghurt mint sauce to go with the sausages and it proved to be a nice match of the cooling mint to the savoury meaty sausages.
