Seafood Stew

I made a Bouillabaise-like seafood stew with fresh mussels from the Queen Victoria Market in Melbourne, and bits of leftover seafood. Served over some waxy new potatoes, and a dollop of garlic & paprika mayonaise in lieu of a rouille.

 

It was very rich, so much so that I had to follow that with some rasperries on yoghurt!
