Mum and Aunt Lee Geok's Vietnamese Pancake

Good fillings, including minced pork and mung beans.

 

I added some herbs to garnish. It's a pity the lighting wasn't very good for this photo.

Mum decided that she wanted to try to make a savoury Vietnamese pancake, so she enlisted Aunt Lee Geok to experiment.

 

The finished product was very tasty, but because we tend to be health conscious, we can't bring ourselves to use the requisite amount of oil to crisp the edges.
