Central African Republic: Torn Apart by Violence
Rosalia and her family live in the burnt-out shell of a light aircraft at Bangui International Airport. “We arrived here last week, I think this is the 10th day we have been here now at the airport,” she told UNHCR. “We have some security here compared to back at our home,” she said, while adding that she worried about a grandson who may have malaria. Food shortage was also an issue.
