Lower McCloud Falls
The lower of the three McCloud Waterfalls in Northern California. Lower McCloud Falls is roughly 15 feet in height and used to be a prime fishing location for Native Americans.
The Lower McCould Falls is not the most impressive waterfall around, especially in the winter when nothing is growing around it. However, when I visited the falls, early in the morning, the sun was just beginning to shine on the waterfall and surrounding rocks and it made for an interesting atmosphere and picture.
