The mission of the University of Rochester Clinical and Translational Science Institute (UR CTSI) is to transform biomedical research by accelerating the application of basic science findings to human health problems, developing clinical solutions, testing efficacy, and implementing interventions at the community level. The UR CTSI is a member of the NIH-funded CTSA network.
