I've been an avid photographer since high school. My passion for scuba diving and photography blend well. My passion is to capture real emotions as they happen. I love to study photographs of people to learn about them.

Matthew Hoelscher evolved into an executive coach after twelve (12) years of corporate sales experience and five (5) years of marketing hardware (computers, CCTV, digital video recording, gate operators, and access control) and software products (visitor management, website content management, stock broker commissions, and accounting). Great diving photos. He does conservation work for the reefs and helps the newbies get better at diving. He is a great guy even if he takes DIR alittle too seriously   :oP
