I get asked all the time here on flickr "Do I work for the San Francisco Zoo?" since most of my pictures are from the zoo and I am there every week and my answer would have to be "No". I have always had a passion for animals and for many years I have given my support to the cause of helping endangered animals by eather adopting an animal, becoming a Zoo / Aquarium Member and by also donating my pictures to the San Francisco Zoo. Being at the zoo each week is very peaceful to me and has brought out even more passion in my life to want to take it a step further in helping them out.

"Susan somehow manages to capture the animals at San Francisco Zoo in unique poses that create great photos. You won't find better photos of these animals. Her photostream is worth watching to see her latest creations. Quite the talent. (oh yeah - her other photos are great too.)"

"Cats' photos never disappoint. I fall in love with her lions again and again. She has some special mystique that the animals clearly are attracted to--they not only pose for her but seem to look right at her, to her, imparting some piece of their personality into the photos as well as their stunning beauty. It's a photographic safari tour through the eyes of a supreme animal lover. Photos like these make me love flickr for the opportunity to just wander through a world full of wild and beautiful creatures."

"Whether she is photographing her precious kitties or lions, tigers and bears, Tiger has a way of showing her incredible love for animals in every shot. I believe the entire San Francisco Zoo can be found in her photostream, and after a few minutes of viewing you will feel like you have been there. Take the time to go through all her pictures, it will be time well spent."
