I love photography and traveling. I try to get my camera out as much as I can to learn more and inspire myself. Photography brightens up my world. My most favorite place I have lived in my life is Switzerland. Moved to Vancouver, Canada in 2004 and stayed... I hope to capture the world's beauty one photo at a time.

Camera's I've used:

FujiFilm Finepix 4800Z. It was a cheap camera but took some breathtaking shots while living in Switzerland in 2002 to 2004. I really had to learn how to manipulate this camera to give me what I wanted to see.

I like getting shots from my camera not from photoshop.

Nikon D70 with Sigma lenses, which I bought 2005.
10-20mm Sigma lens is by far my favorite.
Cannon G7 point and shoot for on the road.

I wish I could spend a bit more time iwith photography, but it always seems I'm on the move, mostly on my bike. I'm still learning and want to keep on doing just that.
I'm still working on visiting a few more countries in my lifetime.

For now, I've been living in Canada for 6 years and love it. But I'm still hoping for the day I move back to Europe.

"Jen is an amazing photographer with a terrific eye for composition, and, she also has a great talent for presenting her work making it stand out even more. Her photos, especially her landscape photography is truly awe-inspiring and I can’t wait to see more of her wonderful photos.

I’ve been very fortunate to have met her on Flickr. In addition to being a great artist, who chose a camera has her tool to express her creativity, Jen always finds the time for encouraging words, which helped me a lot to grow on Flickr too. Jen, thank you so much for that."

"I met Jen a few weeks ago when she made a very nice comment on one of my photos. I visited her photostream, and was bowled over by the quality and diversity of her work. She is a very fine photographer with a wonderful eye for beauty and skill in post-processing.

Jen claims to be still learning (who isn't, on Flickr?), but the number of pictures she has got into Explore, in a very short time, and the regularity of her appearnces there, show that she is one of the rising stars of Flickr. I am glad I made her a contact, and I'll check back frequently to see more beauty and more quality, from both Europe and North America."
