I am jumping feet first into this crazy video thang at flickr. A variation of the 365day theme, called 365 video

I feel that flickr is big enough for both mediums.

"Tracy. Why have I never before thought of writing a testimonial for her? I can't remember.

She's one of my first and most valued flickr friends. She works the night shift, which comes in handy when being in touch with someone based in Europe like me. In the daytime she takes wonderful pictures - a sky-high number of them made it into Explore too.

We met in the 365 Days group, very early on. Her self-portraits are so real, so vibrant, so colorful and honest. Her green thumb is amazing, as is her ability to capture its output. She does fantastic and amazingly creative woodcut and linoleum prints and takes kick-ass pictures of them. She lets us glimpse into her life through her pictures - and she's a truly wonderful, faithful and caring soul who really stays in touch and is there whenever you need to be lifted up a bit.

One of my very best friends on flickr. I can't wait to meet her in real life one day. And I am sure I will."

"I've come to know Tracy through the 365 Days group pool. We are both old-timers from the start of the group who are about to finish our year of photos. I love her 365 set because she uses mostly arm's length shots of herself with unique and varied backgrounds. Look around her infectious smile and kind, beautiful eyes and see her world, because she has subtly but very effectively told us the story of her daily life over the past 339 days with her 336 still images (and counting). Slices of life!

Then look at her non-self-portrait images and see her wonderful storytelling in those as well! She's got a great eye for light and angles, and subjects."
