Tim Lundin has worked as photographer for over 10 years. His roots in photography began in the deserts and mountains of New Mexico and Colorado as a travel and landscape photographer. In 1996, Lundin blended the two and covered the presidential campaign in Phoenix, Arizona.

As a travel and landscape photographer, photojournalism came naturally, and Lundin has covered events that range from the pit of Ground Zero just days after the TwinTowers fell, to Cuba mere weeks before Fidel Castro relinquished control to his brother Raúl. Recently, Lundin covered the Inauguration of President Obama and his work has been published around the world.

Over the years he has traveled to over 35 countries in three continents. Lundin likes to blend his three favorite forms of photography: travel, landscape and photojournalism to give a unique perspective on an event that is seldom reached.

As a photographer, Lundin feels it is his duty to document events as he sees them so that those who weren’t there, feel like they were.

Tim currently resides in Washington, DC, where he works as a freelance photographer and is available for assignments, travel and contract work.
