I love to spend my time making new stuff out of old junk, a process I call "crafty repurposing." For four years I wrote a column called "The Sassy Crafter" for my local alt-monthly, The Satellite. I sell my items through Etsy and craft shows like Atomic Holiday Bazaar and GLAM Indie Craft Show.

My work has been featured in the books Sweater Surgery and 1000 Ideas for Creative Reuse. My atomic eggbeater clock was a winner in the Craft and Hobby Association's 2009 Indie Craft Contest and was featured on TheKitchn.

If you'd like to get updates about my new projects and other crafty goodness, check out my blog. You can also follow me on Twitter.

You're welcome to try making any of my projects for your own use, but please realize that the projects and images fall under my copyright. I'm also happy to be featured on your blog -- I just ask that you please contact me first.
