You are an architecture geek. You are particularly fond of individualistic takes on the clean, modern aesthetic from the middle of the last century. Preferably lesser-known ones like Harris Armstrong. You are reading Andrew L W Raimist's Architectural Ruminations. Aren't you? Scanned Dwell article on Armstrong. Page 2. Page 3.

Don't not think about using the blog format for your practice website. Take a look at the site of St Louis architect Andrew Raimist at RaimistDesign.com. Raimist comes over as a nice bloke who any potential client would be comfortable about visiting and maybe doing business with. Raimist also runs a blog at AndrewRaimist.com. It is called Architectural Ruminations. No wait. It's not like that. It's a history site about the talented but currently unsung St Louis Modernist, Harris Armstrong. A nice feature is a set of newspaper cuttings and contemporary photos.

"Architecture without love is annoying. There are far too many buildings today. Architecture has become a business." -- Alvaro Siza

"His stream reminds me that there are still those who breathe life and warmth into the dwellings we inhabit. He reminds us to look beneath the surface and see the beauty, the soul of the architect."

"Remiss63 has a remarkable way of capturing architecture, and interior images. One can get the impression that he lives and breathes to partake in the design and visual experience of form and function, and that he loves what he does for a living."
