Having received a canon 350d one year ago, I started my photographic journey. Hopefully It will be a long and fulfilling one.

Having taken an engineering degree, I love all things regarding technology. I specially appreciate the Linux and open source movement. I use Ubuntu Linux as my main operating system, and recently started producing my HDR images with an open source program instead of using Photomatix .

I am a firm believer in Open Source, much in line with Flickr, and I am co-founder of Group Open Source Photography (OSP). and associated Wiki.

    antonioVi (Antonio Vidigal) says:

"I love Pedro's photos for their quality, diversity of subjects and technical boldness. His HDR's are fantastic! He has put on photography the same energy he always puts on subjects which he embrasses, and in less than a year he has become a real photographer. Pedro's work has been an inspiration to me, and has convinced me to start photographing again, and join Flickr. I am proud of him; after all I am his father."
