I never had a disciplined approach in the 35+ years of my love for photography. Life is a mixed bag for some of us and my flickr stream is a mixed bag of shots; not a portfolio. I love most photographic genres even if I "currently" photograph mostly social/contemporary landscapes and the mundane. I prefer subjects, ideas & compositions over camera gear, process & boring debates such as "film vs digital" or what is "true street photography", etc...

I love photography because life moves fast and photography can document our memories.

---- I do not seek flickr following/commenting quid pro quo. Comment or fav if you have the time & interest and if not, that's ok. :) I enjoy commenting on other photographs, seeing what other folks have to say about an image, and just "reading" a photo. But real life is busy...my frequency of visits are inconsistent; I do not have reciprocal expectations from any contacts. I use flickr for stress relief and have little patience with trolls, spammers or rude folk.

"Jeff's photographs provide a valuable commentary of todays lifestyles and environments. More than just random snapshots each one tells a story or provides individual perspective of something generally missed by millions going about their focused lives.
Keep up the great work Jeff."
