"strange, every time i look at rm's photos it becomes so cosy and quiet
it becomes just easier when you know that there is someone thinking little bit similar"

"There aren't grand enough adjectives to describe George's loveliness. He is the kindest, most sensitive human I've ever had the pleasure of getting to know. This sensitivity is apparent in his beautiful photographs. I'll always have a special place for him in my heart."

"George, once in a while it occurs to me that there is a feminine sensitivity to your photographs. And then once in a while, they are androgenous. And every now and then, they have something of the savage in them. A man of many (Polaroid) layers, you are ... all of them beautiful.

This stream is one of the places I go, when I need a place to go. Thank you for your generosity and honesty."

"George is every bit as nice as he doesn't want you to think he is. But I didn't say that and if you tell him I did I'll deny it. Oh and he also takes pictures - pictures that are so beautiful you could cry."

"I'm horrible at writing testimonials, but I have to say - if I could favorite a whole photostream on flickr, this would be it. George has an *amazing* view of the world around him, and I'm so glad he shares it with us."

    karen k. says:

    "Going through George's photostream...
is like watching a super-8 in silence.
It is like being in his head...
a place all too quiet and silent.

And the everyday world that may seem mundane and uninteresting to some...is re-evaluated by him and presented to us clean, straight-forward, and very simply. And by doing that, we take another look at that everyday-ness.

By bringing that everyday object or person even,
George challenges our perceptions of this world around us.
While we complicate it all, he knows how to simplify it for you.

Sound of his work is silent.
    and the flavour is vanilla/cinnimon.
    and smells like summer skin."

    eshu says:

"for a long time i thought George was a woman, quite androgynous his stream is... not to mention his elusive nature. never telling his gender or his real name... even now, i fear i've said too much.

George is a genuine and wonderful person. i had the honor of showing him around a little bit of my town, i can honestly say i wish we lived closer... because to be around him, is to be happy.

George truly loves people, loves to talk to them and loves to photograph them. his love for humankind translates into stunning portraits of friends, family and perfect strangers that he meets along his way. if you are seeing his profile for the first time and have not yet seen his photos... take a long hard look. George is meticulous and detail-oriented, his pictures have a level of depth rarely attained.

i wait with baited breath for each and every new photo he posts, because each and every one is a true gem."

    ms oddgers says:

"Rebecca's human has a great eye for capturing the structure of things, the way they interact with their environments, and the beautiful math that holds them together.

Look at his photos of people though, and you'll see something other than math at work. Rebecca's knack for catching people in a good light, and including the tiny little details that tell a deeper story about her subjects seems to have passed by osmosis to her human, and his pictures are the proof.

Rebeccamissing is a traveller, and her human takes his structured eye and sense of humour on the road whether to find Rebecca or just to look around. Visit Rebeccamissing's stream, and like me you will start looking forward to seeing what this thoughtful cat lover is pointing his camera at now."
