Mark Nye
Drag to set position!
I'm a Bay Area photographer and IT professional. I live in Palo Alto with my wife Anna Schultz and our cat Minni. You can contact me by emailing to flickr@clubofhumanbeings.com.
To view my full profile, check out my website at www.clubofhumanbeings.com.
I enjoy conversing with other photographers, and I do the best I can to respond to comments, favorites, and contact requests. But life is a busy place, and sometimes I can't keep up with the Flickr traffic. If I haven't replied to your comment or added you as a contact, don't take it personally. If you keep popping up on my Flickr feed, be assured that I'll eventually take a look at your work!
I noticed that you've marked me as a friend, but I don't you. What's up?
Over the past few months my Flickr contact list has gotten out of control. There are so many good photographers on Flickr, but I need a way to distinguish between streams that interest me and streams that I want to track every day. If I've marked you as a "friend," it means one of three things:
1) Something about your work resonates with me. I want to keep a careful eye on your uploads.
2) We've shared some comments or Flickr mail and have developed a rapport.
3) I know you in real life.
The photography that I upload to Flickr is made available to others under the Creative Commons Attribution, Noncommercial, No Derivative Works Attribution, Noncommercial, No Derivative Works license. In short, you may copy, distribute and transmit my work, but only for non-commercial purposes. If you use my work on a website or in print, please place a credit next to the photograph and link back to the photograph's Flickr page, if possible.
This license does not grant others the right to create derivative works from my photographs or use my photography for commercial purposes. However, I'm often willing to wave those restrictions for specific projects. Just ask me!
