Hi,

I taught myself photography as a kid - I even had my own B&W darkroom (strangely it served as my bedroom....)

So, how do I see life?

To me photographic art is not about realism although it has its place. Its about my view of the world. Quite simply my aim is certainly to engage your emotional senses -to make you think and feel.

I thank you for your comments, analysis, ideas and general contribution to my photography.

Hi, A lot of people can learn a lot from Robin's philosophy. Photography is coming to grip with your artistic side and Robin is making up those years fast now that life has blessed him with the time. He is someone who will spend a little time to make a welcome comment and is always putting something special back into his photos from the comments made and photos that he sees on flickr, epitomising the term, you're never too old to learn. And there are some fabulous photos in his stream too! We are all better off (and especially flickr) for knowing people like the Light Knight. Well it's like i said at the start... Cheers Neil PS, you need to stop by in Adelaide and have a beer and i'll get my best kiwi jokes ready
