Street photography is more than an art; it’s a world view.

The act of taking a photograph records not only an image, but a perception. Photos are an avenue to connect with objects and feelings of the past—it’s time travel. The key is to consider yourself as an observer — not to alter or manipulate the world, but to appreciate the beauty of existence, of life in a moment, and of being itself.

As an introvert (INFP), the majority of my time is spent exploring the internal world of imagination. Photography teaches me to observe and interact with the material world in a similar way—except, I can perfectly record my perspective and share it with others. Nothing could be more personal.

I shoot daily with a Leica 35mm f/2.0 Summicron. Film of choice is a Leica Monochrom.
