I have learned so much since joining flickr - it has been a joy to view other people's photostreams and to get comments on mine. Someone to the fore in this is Steve. He has been a great contact. He has consistently produced pictures which are varied, interesting and thought provoking and he has tried a variety of techniques and ideas in composing his pictures. He is a true inspiration. He takes the time to comment on other people's work and is supportive and sympathetic to fellow contacts. He does a lot of work in and around Liverpool, Manchester, North Wales, and Chester and many of his subjects resonate with me. I feel he is a kindred spirit to me in many of the choices he makes but is braver, more varied, more prolific and he is a very good photographer. His work on buildings/architecture, HDR, candid shots, churches, cityscapes, the places, the people, the activities are invariably interesting and thought provoking. Steve seems to be a really nice man, a top notch photographer with a good eye; his photostream is a joy to behold and he consistently provides new work for everyone's perusal.
