Practicing the art of chaos in the academy of life.
Greetings. My name is Jef Harris. (yes one f). I've been producing art using paint, video, photography, and the digital art medium for 20 years. I can't say I have a single style of form. Without such limitations I attempt to capture objects and people, (sometimes objects on people), in the most unique way I can imagine. Exploring natures natural chaos while keeping one foot in the world of order is my way of showing the world through my eyes. My hope is that you'll also enjoy these as much as I do.
My ArtWanted portfolio will focus on the still life and macro photography.

It's really about VCRs." "VCRs?" "Look. It doesn't matter. Not as long as you didn't take apart any VCRs." "Huh? Take apart VCRs? Um, well, I did. But just the one." The Examiner looked up. "Right. But you didn't take any photographs of the parts, did you?" Harris paused, confused. "What does that have to do with anything?" "You didn't take any close-up, let us say erotic, photographs of the parts, though, did you? Of the parts of the VCR? Did you?" His tone edged on desperation. "I don't see what this has to do with anything. With anything at all!" The Examiner took his glasses off and set them on the table. He closed his eyes and rubbed his temples for several long seconds. He drew in a long breath, then let it out. "Mister Harris, I'm going to have to ask you to step down to Room Number Three. There on the left." His face was tense. "And Mister Harris?" "Yes?" "I'm very sorry."Read less
