From 1957 to 1960 I collected photos and information on Wright houses since 1950 - and talked with Wright twice on this. I made several trips in the Midwest to see his houses then. Though my book manuscript was not published, two chapters of it appeared in The Art Journal, Winter 1961-62 and Fall 1963.

This month the Foundation Archives sent me a copy of a 1959 paper of mine on Wright houses, which set off my interst again. Bernard Pyron
