I've been fascinated in photography since 1981. My first camera was an awful 110-instamatic. I quickly moved onto 35mm; starting with a Zenith and then an Olympus OM10. After a few years I purchased a Canon EOS 500N and upgraded to the professional Canon EOS 1N and later invested in my first Canon DSLR, the 20D and then the 50D. My Canon lens collection includes several professional L series lenses from 17mm to 400mm and 1x4 converter.

 

I love travel and photography and find the two inseparable. I will photograph anything that catches my eye, especially if it's colourful or I can see good composition. When it's dull or grey or colour doesn't add anything to a shot, I will often switch to black and white.

 

I'm proud to be a member of the World's finest team of aviation photographers: 'AirTeamImages or ATI': www.airteamimages.com/index.php and have had work published in various magazines including: Aircraft Illustrated, Airliner Classics, Airports of the World and Airliner World. I recently have had front covers on 'Airports of the World' and an aviation novel by Tosh McIntosh called 'Pilot Error'.
