pathetic engineer of silence with a flair for catastrophe.

I blog about my travels:

March 2007:

Made my way through the Eastern block of Germany. I made it to Madrid, then Paris, and now I am currently residing in New York City. Looking for work as a photographer so I keep paying off my photo equipment. Hope you enjoy the photos....ciao

As of October 2008:
Accomplished blogger, frugal traveler, writer and photog. I spent the last 18 months writing for a sports blog by the name of I wrote about sports, tech and some other bullshit my publisher thought would lure the creative Latino underclass. I got sick of it in October 2008.

As of June 2009:

I'm currently in Mexico City eating fish tacos on the street and drinking three Americanos a day. I sip tequila now, which is something I'm very proud of. Friends, along with my fiancee, were told by fresas that we'd be beaten by a natural turkey someday.

September 2009:

StoryCorps Mobile facilitator. I travel the country, meet wonderfully sincere strangers and get invited to dinner by them. I don't have a permanent home for the next year.

July 2010:

I traveled to 8 cities in 12 months with StoryCorps Historias. I recorded over 300 conversations across the United States. This is the best job I ever had. Now I'm back in Mexico City with my fiancee. I'm reflecting lots.
