I have always loved photography and originally went to school to persue it. I ended up a graphic designer and keep photography as my hobby and something to distract me from the everyday things in life. I also train dogs and compete in Agility and other dogsports, as my other distraction from everyday life...

my main subjects are my three dogs, Jane, Kaleb and Gyp. Since everyday brings something new with them, taking photos of them never gets boring.

I also enjoy taking portraits of people, random things that make me laugh, things that shouldn't be there, really anything I find interesting, which in my case can be almost anything. I do not take many pictures of myself though I might try and use myself as a subject one of these days.

I try to look through my camera in a way differently than I normally see the world, usually the way I want my world to be all the time.

Imagination is more important than knowledge. For while knowledge defines all we currently know and understand, imagination points to all we might yet discover and create.

"I look forward to Sarah's postings every day. She is truly a skilled photographer, her imagination and skill are inspiring, as is her ability to convey the love she has for her dogs and they for her. I am continually amazed at her ability to produce captures that are so fresh and engaging while often using the same subjects. Her passion and zest for life alone would keep me coming back to flickr every day."

"Sarah is like, the Zen Master.

If there were one person that I could hang out with for a day to soak up their creative juju and learn from, it would be Sarah. Every picture that she shares with us on Flickr humbles and awes me (I literally favourite every single one!), while also inspiring me. She's creative and talented, with a fantastic sense of humour. What else can one say except that everything Sarah does is a masterpiece?

As for Kaleb, well, I'm his #1 Fan. Some day I might start an "I Heart Kaleb!" Website.
    Except that's kinda creepy..."

"I just love Sarah's photos of her furkids - some of them are truly works of art that deserve to be displayed in a gallery. You can see in her images the love that she has for her dogs and that her dogs have for her. I am so happy to have found her here on flickr."
