I have been photographing wildlife for a few of years (actually my first camera was a Pentax H1a SLR I bought in 1968). Although I have been concentrating on wildlife portraits, my goals are moving towards wildlife actions in a landscape setting. And then there is the landscape challenge...

My background was as an ecologist and then a park superintendent in California. Retirement has allowed me more of an opportunity to photograph and travel. That travel opportunity includes my leading natural history tours to different parts of the world for Naturalist Journeys.
