Darren C Miller says:
"I have only recently discovered Lee's work here on flickr and have been truly astounded by his imagery. This is the work of an artist in the purest form and one who will be admired as one of the greats in time to come.
No doubt, his artistic portrayal of the human soul and emotion is at the top of the league and flickr is privileged to have his works displayed on here.
By sharing his work, LJ is both captivating an immense audience and inspiring generations of aspiring photographers, me included.
If there was ever a book waiting to be published, here is all the ingredient to fill many, many pages of a rare and gifted artist 's contribution to the depths of the human soul. Long may he continue.

Provo a spiegarmi.

"Lee is absolutely such an amazing and inspiring contact, flickr is so lucky to have him as an artist. He inspire every one around with his piece of arts. I like his whole art mostly the emotive ones. he make great concepts I've ever seen my whole life. He also have the vision that he puts into his works. There's nobody else on flickr who makes me speechless with every single photo. and I'm not even sure if my testimonial make any sense cause i'm so speechless when i want to talk about someone like him. I can only wish to be as good as he is one day. A forever inspiration :)

"Once in a great while, an image comes along that stops you in your tracks and makes your heart flutter a little faster, your eyes widen, and you notice that you just "gasped" at the very sight of you just saw. This is what happened the first time I saw one of LJ's pictures. True story!
As one of my favorite photographers on Flickr...or anywhere, he never disappoints me. You can learn lighting, you can learn how to process a photo.....and you can even nail the technical stuff, but very few can show us emotion the way that he does. Very few can capture a moment so perfectly....and he keeps you thinking about that moment for days to come.....even months.
There isn't a single picture that he posts that doesn't leave me shaking my head....one day he's gonna teach me everything he knows! No matter how heartbreaking and "real" some of his images are, Lee always shows so much love and compassion through his photos. Thank you for that Lee....xoxox, K"

"A faultless technician in producing the highest quality of image, B&W and colour, composition and lighting,Lee has a command of these which is very hard to surpass. The portrait work shows the other side to a photographer, that of understanding his subject and communicating that interest to the world and it is this that he does extraordinarily well. His images are immediately affecting, showing a very high level of sensitivity and compassion and a vitality which is genuinely infectious.
A truly top drawer photographer, inspiring and generous and producing some astonishing works."

The way he captures people's life, by the disadvantaged life conditions to the happiest moments that we can or not meet during an entire existence it is priceless.

Photography is all about evoking emotion and his portraits of the homeless are pretty profound. They most certainly leave me with some pretty strong emotions and I often think of his photographs long after I've left his stream.

"L.J. has to be one of my favourite contacts and artists here in Flickr. I remember stumbling upon his page after seeing a few of his early car shots in Explore.
The more his work was recognised, the better his shots got. Lee's ability has accelerated like no other artist I know.
He has such an ability to capture raw emotion. His recent marathon and homeless studies are incredible and so touching.

The love for his Daughter, his passion for his sport, creativity, and a wonderful talent with the camera!

"I feel honoured (and surprised) to be Lee's first testimonial writer...
I've never met Lee, never spoken to Lee — other than to exchange a few Flickr mails — and wouldn't know Lee if I bumped into him on the streets of London. What I do know of Lee is that he is a storyteller in photographer's clothing. He has that rare ability to tell a story in each of his photos. He doesn't simply capture a moment in time, like most of us do with the press of the shutter; he captures the emotion, the spirit and the drama of that instant. I've had the pleasure to have worked with some amazing photojournalists and LJ's work is easily in the same league.
Lee clearly has many admirers of his work here on Flickr. My personal feeling is that this work needs and deserves to be seen by many more outside the Flickr community and I encourage LJ to publish and exhibit his photography. Images this powerful beg for a larger audience.
LJ, whether you have any interest in making a living with your work, I don't know, but I do know that your gifted skills make that a definite possibility. Thanks for sharing your incredible gift."
