Since 1998 I have worked in the music industry in one way or another. Initially as party goer, and then by the age of 18 running small events in the deepest darkest parts of the West Country. Eventually moving to Bristol when aged 21, in 2002 took things into another direction, starting various music event brands such as Monkey Knife Fight, and the short-lived Beef. Hosting events at venues like Thekla, Motion, Clockwork (RIP) , BlueMountain, and the prestigious Lakota + many more. Booking artists such as Joe Goddard, Flying Lotus, Simian Mobile Disco and Vitalic. Then in 2009 linking up with the Apple Pips Recordings head honcho, Appleblim to work on the label events which saw parties happen all over the UK, mainly Bristol, and more notably the mighty Fabric in London. Eventually I moved to London to pursue my career as a music artist agent for the daytime party organisers, Secretsundaze / TSA Agency, and then moving over to the long standing event-come-agency, Mn2s and working with acts like Frankie Knuckles, Boy George and Dj Pierre and many many more. I finally quit the agency thing in 2014 and now chase a career in photography, whilst finding it hard to completely let go of my music roots I seem to be documenting a lot of the figure-heads in the Bristol music demographic and beyond
