Alicia and Ken have always held a passion for real estate. After successful careers in law, marketing, and real estate, they made the life-changing decision to team up and focus their efforts on assisting clients in the challenging and complex process of selecting, buying, and selling real estate.

Prior to joining Ferrari-Lund, Ken enjoyed a successful career as a partner at one of Nevada’s oldest and most respected law firms. Ken represented clients of all types and sizes, including businesses ranging from large corporations to small family-owned companies, a professional sports league, nationally renowned professionals, and hard-working Americans from all walks of life. Many of Ken's cases involved complex real estate issues. Ken was entrusted by clients not only to litigate cases in trial court, but also to argue cases in front of the prestigious Nevada Supreme Court and United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Ken's prior experience as a successful attorney serves his real estate clients well. A real estate transaction is often the biggest transaction in which a person will participate during his or her life. Ken is no stranger to high stakes negotiation. Ken has participated in countless negotiations, often with seven or eight figures on the line, and obtained good results for his clients. Ken's real estate clients can count on him to keep confidences, work zealously and fairly on their behalf, and handle their transaction with the highest degree of competence and care.

Ken developed a reputation for meticulous preparation, a tireless work ethic, creativity, outstanding oral and written advocacy, and scrupulous honesty. Ken was one of the youngest attorneys in his firm’s long history to be awarded an AV® Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest ranking given, indicating the highest ethical standards and the highest level of professional excellence. Ken was also one of the youngest attorneys at his firm to be elected a shareholder.

Alicia enjoyed a successful career in real estate and marketing before dedicating her time to raising Alicia and Ken’s three children.
