Search stream by camera type?

bztraining says:

Is there a way for me to search my stream by camera type?

That is, I want to see all the photos I've taken with my Nikon.

There is, if you tag your photos with the camera type/model.

If flickr search engine was working properly, the URL that I constructed and placed above would be what you need. Unfortunately, it is only returned two photos (for me) when I tested the waters.

status.flickr.net/ says all of flickr is operational . . . we know better, there are issues.

it looks like this was possible directly from camera finder in the past - see the screenshot in this article (from 2019).

This does not work now - there is no initial search findings under "your pictures" category

I don't know if this is all of them but I get 161 photos with this string:
www.flickr.com/search/?user_id=58021843%40N03&view_al...

Edit - Sorry, this string is not providing the answer result you seek, it is picking up photos that have "nikon" in the flickr description field.

i just tried that again (not sure why i couldnt make this work earlier) and now am getting a "Your photos" section when searching by camera type!

i have a D750 and if I use the following URL
www.flickr.com/search/?q=&cm=nikon%2Fd750

then I see this

Capture
I am not sure if this is complete but at a glance I cant see any impostors taken with another camera or phone.

So to do this step by step
Go to explore menu item and pick Camera finder
pick your camera
go to the bottom of the pictures and make the search box blank text (it will be preloaded with a word like "Night" or "action" so you need to make this blank

click search and you will get something like the screen I have there

Excellent sleuthing! Yes, that worked for me for one of my cameras (I only tested one). I hope the OP reports back, I'm bummed that my old search formula did not work for his Nikon. I cannot test his results using your idea, but I would love to know that your way gives him a successful return.

it is quite possible it will just return the 2 photos that you first method gave.

I can now see some definite missing ones from mine and so I am sure the search is not complete for my camera.

That's odd. I get exactly 2 pictures, taken 10+ years ago when the camera (Nikon D7000) was nearly new. I should have many thousands. :(

It did pick up the lone shot I uploaded from my son's D750 on a different search.

(sigh)

Oh - well, thanks to all for trying!
