Deleted tags still returning search results as if they had not been deleted.

I am a member of several 'photo a day' groups. I can't always upload everyday so sometimes I upload several days of photos and tag them 'tobeadded' (to be added) so I can search that tag and add them to the relevant groups a few at a time. After I have added the photo to the group I delete the 'tobeadded' tag.

Since the middle of 2020 searching 'tobeadded' returns several photos that I have deleted that tag from. The oldest one currently is this one from July 2020 www.flickr.com/photos/jacqib/50151390767/in/photolist-2kr...
I would have removed the 'tobeadded' tag in July or August but it still keeps coming up.
