Sorry for the trouble. Our engineers are aware of the issue and working on a resolution. In the meantime, you can try to use the following workarounds:

1. Clear cache and cookies, then try the purchase again.
2. Try another browser. We've heard reports that members find more success with Microsoft Edge and Firefox.
3. While viewing the payment screen, select the US option in payment, then select "Not in the US?" button, then enter the payment information again. This should initiate a "reset".

If this still isn't working, please send us a message and we'll be happy to look into it.
