Flickr desktop Uploadr for Windows skipping photos

I just upgraded to Flickr Pro and started uploading all my years of folders with photos from my PC using the Flickr Uploadr for Windows (desktop) ver. 1.0.1.294s

After a while I can see that many of the albums that has been created based on my folders do not contain all of the images. When looking in the Organizr I cannot find the missing pictures, so it seems that the uploadr has completely skipped somme of these pictures, in other cases I can find it by searching on the filename. Any hints as to what can be the cause of this issue?

How does the uploadr identify duplicates? Is it solely based on the filename? Filenames can easily be duplicated and definitely will be when looking into a collection of 15 years of photos taken with many different smartphones and cameras.

mine is doing the same just scanning all the time, it was great when it was working, but come on Flickr we pay good money for pro, and you cant even reply to our comments and give us an answer on how to fix our problems, very slack on your part, as I have been pro since 2005, please help us all, as bad feedback is always bad for business.

The auto uploader is a big part of why I pay for a pro account and it simply doesn't work properly.
SmugMug Flickr say their customer service is excellent. How do you contact them???
