Flickr doesn't have anything called folders. Are you asking how to delete your photos from the Flickr website?

I'm assuming you'd like to get rid of your photos that are public? Here is one way do do it.

Go to "Organize" in the main menu.
At the bottom, choose "more options"
Now you'll see another dropdown. Choose "Only Show Public Content"

That should be all of your Public photos.

Now drag all the photos into the main window (hold shift down to select multiple at a time).

Now you can 1) Choose "Edit Photos>Delete" from the main Organize menu, or 2) Choose "Permissions>Who can see" to change the photos from Public to Private.

Just another way of saying what has already been said by others...

Public/privacy is set on each individual photo. Not on folders/albums. You can mix public and private photos in an album, people will only see those photos they are allowed to. You will be able to see everything yourself.

Adding a photo to multiple albums doesn't change privacy of the photo. A private photo is private no matter which album you add it to. And public photos are public no matter which albums you add it to. Adding a photo to multiple albums is NOT copying the photo. It is just different ways of seeing the same photo.

Note that Private photos added to Groups become visible by group members (but are still private to everyone else)
