What is your goal?

To make your photos available under a Creative Commons license for others to use? (You might want to look up what that means to you first.)

To make them downloadable? They already are downloadable. Flickr FAQ: How do I download a photo?

You're not bound by your own copyright. It doesn't prevent you from downloading your own photos.

Removing your copyright means that anyone else can use your photos without your permission. Is that really what you want to do?

"All rights reserved" is a notice of copyright, the strongest one you can make. It says that you are not relinquishing any rights at all.

You own the copyright (in most countries) as soon as you create the object. Everything else is labelling.
