Errors when paying by credit card

University of Stirling Archives PRO says:

I'm getting an error when trying to pay for my Flickr Pro with the company credit card. I have checked the name, address, postal code, expiration date and everything else matches exactly what we have on file with the credit card company.

I have also tried deleting the credit card from Yahoo! Billing and re-adding it.

I'm still getting the following message:

'Please correct the following problems.
* There is an error with the payment method information. Please check the information and re-enter it or use another payment method. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Care.'

I have no other means of payment, and I cannot find your customer care service. Can you please direct my question to them for a response.
