The viewfinder on the Prominent is a "Little Squinty", but usable. I bought an Adapter to use the Nokton on my Nikon's. Not sure if it is closer to the Leica standard of 51.6mm or the Contax standard of 52.3mm. It does not matter, because I adapted on of my Nikon S2's to focus properly with Zeiss lenses.

I think this one will be going out tomorrow, with the 100/4.5 and 35/3.5 with the Turnit Finder.

The Nokton turns out to be closer to the Leica 51.6mm standard. It focussed correctly throughout the range on the Nikon S2. I also tried it on a Bessa R2 with the Nikon/Contax adapter into a COntax/Nikon->M-Mount adapter. It focussed correctly on the R2.
