Hello Everyone,
I need to get some feedback from the members about what cut off age we need to have for our group. I had to remove a few pictures today that to me looked much more like an adult than a kid. If I removed yours please do not be offended, I removed a couple of mine also. :) I was thinking perhaps 15 or 16 would be the age to stop at. Please let me know what Yall think. Or any other ides or criticisms. Thanks so much

That could be tricky as in many instances ages of vintage kids may not be known or no more than guesswork. It's still come down to you (or other admin) making a decison on how old a vintage kid looks to you. If you remove any pictures why not post them in a thread with a brief bit about why you removed them.

I agree with you, DayDayDad. 15-16 is about the oldest someone would have to be before I would stop considering them a "kid." (Although as a near-40 year-old myself, I often think of my younger co-workers as kids.) :-)

You should start up another group called Vintage Teen. Post only photos from 70's and earlier of teenagers, ages 13-19. It would be interesting to see how the styles changed throughout the years.

In the 70's they wore their pants so tight they could hardly wear them. Today they wear their pants so loose that all their friends can wear them at the same time....lol.
