My guess is that it isn't really a "font", but a generated set of letters & numbers for tickets.

Why do you say that? Assuming this is a receipt or ticket made by a machine, these letters are usually designed specifically for the machine, not from the kind of digital fonts you might use for printing.

I think that page pretty much confirms that there is no font available. Perhaps he's scanned the original labels and created a font or vector files of his own.
